Another perspective trick–the pedestal sink looks child-sized! I thought the photo of the partially-collapsed shed was an interesting choice for the realtor to include.

I love this house and the outbuildings, if I had the money this one would be mine just beautiful.

Surprising interior, but some odd, small rooms.

Seems to have a (naturally) well-lit interior but it also looks like some of the rooms may have been reconfigured as Robert suggests. The outbuildings are a different story; they reveal years if not decades of neglect and given the partial collapse seen in one of the photos, they will need substantial work. Still, make note of the generous acreage: (48 acres) To me, this house, outbuildings and acreage in rural New Hampshire seems very competitively priced. I’d want to know what the yearly taxes are, though.

I have been looking for the perfect garden shed to build and that little out building is it. I love the red shingles with the white trim.

Back on the market, same price but reduced to 38 acres. They included a painting of a woman in the listing photos, original owner?

We went up to take a look and these photos are years old as you cant see the house thru the over grown trees. Called the realtor and they never called back, no wonder its still for sale.
