The outside of the house looks so much nicer during a snow covered night!

$75,000! Wow! The new owners will have their work cut out but what potential! I love the carriage house and the old photo (paint it something other than white, stat!). And the place looks so beautiful lit up at night!

  4. Agreed about the price. Even given the relative isolation of the town, it’s difficult to understand why someone has not already purchased it.

GoogleMaps doesn’t quite zoom in on the location (at least it didn’t for me), but if you follow the sidewalk until it ends, then you’ll see it. Go a bit further and you’ll see four youths who spotted the approaching GoogleWagen and are having a good time waving at it.

I superb blank canvas interior to decorate as you see fit!! The exterior is already good to go. Price is right!

  7. What is it about the doll in 16th pic that creeps me out? That and the wallpaper…..
