Yes, my great grandfather built this house. His name was not Albert but Arthur. I was born and raised in Anaconda. I just recently became aware of the fact that my great grandfather built this house. Kathy Carlson are you married to Gary Carlson and sister of David Koskomaki (sp)? I would love to live in this house now that I found out my great grandfather built it.

Yes, I’m that Kathy Carlson. My son Luke is restoring it and it’s been a slow process because he works alone, with occasional help from family, and he has other projects as well. There have been many problems to solve along the way, which is how it is with old houses! It will be awhile before it’s finished, but you will be very welcome to come see it. Thank you for letting us know about your great grandfather…we’d love to hear more. We need to get the information corrected on the historic register sign.
      Kathy
