    I flew to Savannah from California a couple years ago dead set to purchase this house but the condition was far worse than the online photos. Had they told me it could be had for $36k I would have snapped it up. I hope to see the result of the current owners efforts. I ended up with a neo-classical Queen Anne mansion twice the size but mint condition in Wichita KS. Good luck with the restoration.
