November 7, 2011. We have owned the house for a year now and put a lot of money and time into it. It is starting to come around.

Awesome! Glad to hear it’s coming along! Would love to see what you’ve done to the place. 🙂
We had it on the Leavenworth Candlelight Christmas tour yesterday as the “In-Progress” home. 435 people toured the house. We have been working on it for three years now, moved in in April of 2013 and are still working on the trim and flooring.

Wow, that’s a lot of people! Glad you are finally moved in. 🙂
Right around the corner from my place at 211 Arch. Love what you did with
What an interesting home. Love the view of the river. My husband and I metal detect as a hobby and love the privilege to dig properties like these. The owners love that they get to keep the stuff we find so they can display it in their home.
John,
Incredible house!
The exterior is looking great!
I would love to visit you and the house, and I happily offer a tour of my house in Emporia!
