Americas oldest Gothic Revival Home right in the heart of Schuylkill County Pennsylvania is nestled on a top of a hill top in the county seat of Pottsville. This picturesque home was built in 1829 and is listed on the National Historic Registry. The home was purchased and has been there current residence by the current owners since 2004 who have meticulous refurbished and updated its interior craftsman woodwork and trim, one-story bay windows, its verge boards, gable trim, gothic windows, steep pitched roofs and gothic front door. The current owners ran a well renowned Bed and Breakfast (the Partridge House) from 2005-2018. The B&B earned several readers choice awards for best place to stay locally and a 5 star rating on Trip Advisor. The B&B has hosted guests from 23 countries and 48 states. As you enter the home through its 9′ fully restored Gothic doors into the quaint marble floored foyer with hand painted ceiling.
