The home was purchased and has been there current residence by the current owners since 2004 who have meticulous refurbished and updated its interior craftsman woodwork and trim, one-story bay windows, its verge boards, gable trim, gothic windows, steep pitched roofs and gothic front door. The current owners ran a well renowned Bed and Breakfast (the Partridge House) from 2005-2018.
