This Queen Ann was built at the height of Stamfords resort era when the village was known as "The Queen of the Catskills". This home is on a large corner lot close to the village center and includes a three level carriage house with parking and ample storage or repurpose for an in home business/art studio. The house itself has undergone some recent rehabilitation including the kitchen and bathrooms. These spaces are gutted and only partially finished. The rest of the house is in original condition with some changes to the lay out having taken place in the 1930's. all of the original exterior blinds remain and are in great condition. The house is a work in progress but is structurally sound and has a 10 +/- year old architectural shingle roof. I do not believe this home will qualify for a conventional mortgage without a kitchen and bathroom so discuss with your lended before visiting the property.
