This is a fine example of home owners who know how to perfectly match furniture to their home. Not to mention the paint and borders.
I love the fireplace. That is great piece of work. I also really like the bathroom sink encased in wood. That was a nice touch.
Agreed. A beautiful restoration job. Very tasteful but not over the top. Rooms appear to be spacious and well planned. Love this one.
I’ve never seen a china cupboard built into a fire place mantel. It’s beautiful!

Gasp!
A dumb-waiter!

And the glass-windowed cabinet showing the pulley wheel above it! That’s a detail I’ve never seen before. Do we think that’s original?
And THAT is how you do a kitchen remodel! There is absolutely nothing that I don’t love about this one. It is a nicely done, well loved, family home.
Very nicely done! Great ceilings and woodwork!
Do you think they would include all the furnishings and decor for that price??? Sigh.
What a joy to see a kitchen integrated into the architectural spirit of the home.

Ditto everything, especially the exterior paint. Finally. Brave owners to paint a home as it was meant to be.

Makes me wonder about the colors of the handsome link exchange home above. No whitewash there!
Amazing house. Amazing clock collection! The enormous regulator clock on the wall next to the china hutch fireplace is particularly incredible.
For this I could live in NY no problem….very classy.
My dream house!!! Absolutely gorgeous, I think my favourite house so far!!!
The fireplace mantel is exquisite. I have seen similar ones at various architectural salvages in the Midwest where they sell for an incredible amount of money. This home is worth every penny and more. I love it.
I am drooling over this house. An absolute masterpiece! These homeowners deserve a lot of praise. Oh, if only we were done restoring our current home…a girl can dream!!
This is one of the best houses that I’ve seen on here, those wallpapers, the furniture, the exterior colors, and that kitchen, swoon!
