Call the Clayton Group for more details on this piece of SC history at 864-895-8977! Simply gorgeous circa 1920s “Brooklyn” school house with 2.2 level acres! This is an amazing project, with over 3000 square feet on the main level, and a possibility of 1400 square feet in the attic! They just do not build structures like this anymore! There is a 20x20 cellar underneath, that has an easy access with shiplapped walls. There is a block building behind the school that appear to have possibly been restrooms or additional storage. The building has been gutted and is ready for rehab! There is room on the property to build in front or behind the school, as well! Almost 200 feet of road frontage on Parris Bridge Road! Would make a lovely business or home! Would be excellent for a single family home, rental property, mini farm, duplex, triplex, day care, or possibly a church! So much opportunity in this solid brick construction. Property is located 15 miles from Tryon International Equestrian Center! Being sold “as-is, where-is”. Bring your imagination and creativity!

WOW, WOW and WOW! So many possibilities with this beauty! And, having attended school in a building from about the same period, I’m willing to bet that lower level with the outside rock entrance was originally the boiler room to provide heat in the winter time.
(Yes, we do have winter in South Carolina – usually about six weeks of it! LOL)
I could live with only 6 weeks of winter jejeje
Big potential and a tornado, hurricane basement too
Wish the original windows hadn’t been replaced. And….the windows that are there should be closed or covered to keep the rain out until someone can rehab this charmer.
This sure looks like a fun project for someone. A scratch golfer could about hit North Carolina with a driver from the backyard, so the mountains are close by to the west with Spartanburg (jobs) only maybe a half hour or so south.
most curious project in the making and the soul/bones appear to be thar and in solid working order (smirk)
room for a nice 3-slot garage always nice
I love this property. As a retired teacher, I would most definitely keep the chalkboard! Beautiful area, and a classic schoolhouse! I surely hope someone comes along to take good care of it!
Being a retired Elementary Teacher, I’m loving this home!! A good price too.
water meters
Its sad to see some one went in and tore the walls and ceilings apart some of the History is gone for ever !!
This house would give you an education! I’d have to put the windows back to original size. Why would someone take out large tall windows and replace them with short ones?
