Historic Annin-Peoples house is a visual treat to behold. This is a sophisticated, Italianate styled and all brick structure that is the finest of it's style in Saline. Construction began in 1859 and was completed in 1860, exterior restoration by JC Beal in 2006. Interior needs just about everything. Driveway access will be off private road servicing adjacent condominium development. Walk to town and Curtis Park.
