Built circa 1838, this property is listed on the State Historical Register, but this in no way restricts what a purchaser may do with the property. The house is pictured in The Architectural Legacy of the Chatt. Valley and was described as being one of the finest examples of Greek Revival Architecture in Lee Co. The property has been used as a hotel, masonic lodge and residence. No kitchen or baths currently.
