    I’ve been to Enid a couple times, but sure don’t remember seeing this house – shows I should have drove around more! I LOVE LOVE LOVE this house – and yet this isn’t my usual style. It’s just the interior has me drooling…

    A grand mansion in its day and it could live up to that distinction again with just a little TLC. Such grand houses built before Oklahoma’s statehood in Nov.1907 are not plentiful and this one is exceptionally nice. The skylight stained glass is phenomenal and originally would bathe those below in rainbow colored light. The main rooms have pattern inlaid borders on the floors, another luxury touch. All in all its an excellent example of Edwardian opulence on the Oklahoma prairie.
