This 1890 era home has about 3500 SF of living space. City tax recordsd show it has 4584 SF, but after an appraisal in 2011 with accurate measurements, this would not be possible without including unfinished attic space. In its current configuration, it has 4 bedrooms, 5 fireplaces and multiple living room/parlor areas. Two functional baths and 1.5 additional baths in unneeded areas that probably reflect prior multifamily configuration. This is a single family home that still needs work on wallpaper, ceilings, and other decor issues, but is comfortable and has room for lots of flexibility. Fireplaces all over the place! The beautiful "solarium" style window seat in the large living room with its own built in radiator. Beautiful spiral staircase. Fantastic exterior architecture features! Huge yard for an in-city location on a corner lot with fencing, fruit trees and a ton of parking space.
