Stately all brick Georgian c. 1900. Vestibule opens to 37' entry hall with sweeping staircase lite by a south facing Palladian window at the landing. Formal reception hall(35x20) has 4 Palladian windows, double pocket doors, original sconces, WBFP with oak mantel & opens to a south facing conservatory. Formal dining room has twin built-in china closets, gaslog FP & box bay. Formal parlor has cherry woodwork, pocket doors and two 2 Palladian windows plus a gaslog FP. Lots of work already completed! Mechanicals are in good working order! New boiler in 2006. This is a work in progress.
Home was built in 1900 by William Parker Little. He was a noted 'Pictorialist' whose work was featured in the Columbus Museum of Art the year it opened its doors on East Broad Street in 1932. Hundreds of his works survive but his greatest legacy may well be this architectural masterpiece in historic Woodland Park!
