I'm a lover of old homes, but unfortunately don't live in one, a very boring tract house... Did live in a small California craftsman built in 1910 as a child, as well as a 1906 traditional, both in Berkeley, CA. In recent we lived in a charming 1928 Spanish Colonial Revival with many wonderful original details - even though it was only a two bedroom, one bath, of all the homes I've lived in this was my favorite. We now live in an incredibly boring, but larger, tract home. Living in a wonderful old house is my dream.
