I like this house, even though it verges somewhat on the too precious scale, at least for me. If it were mine, I’d probably want a big soaking tub, if there’s room. I am glad they kept the beaded board. It’s still on my front porch and behind the sheetrock in my little 1934 cottage.

Haven’t been anywhere in MS except Jackson (work) and Tupelo (funeral). I’m sure there’s a lot to see & do that I’ve missed, including Natchez.

Yes, a soaking tub would be a must for me.

Natchez is worth seeing, as is Vicksburg! Adorable cottage, but I agree w/ you Sashacat- a little too “preciously done over!” perfect for air-b-n-b, short stay!

I don’t know how to explain this but this is giving me HEAVY sims starter house energy right down to the colour choices.

Decor aside (including shower) this place is adorable! Being from the north, these places always charm me with their vernacular style. I can’t see myself living in the deep south, but if I did, this place would be top of my list.
