Very lovely, beautiful woodwork and GREAT curb appeal. The shade of grey-ish blue in the one bedroom is particularly nice with the dark wood trim. The enclosed ‘garden room’ is so comfy looking, perfect for a mint julep and a book. Then I came to the attic. Oh my word. Don’t we all wish we had an attic like that? It would make such a delightful studio space. So clean and neat—not even a cob web! 😉
Absolutely and without a doubt that attic would become my winter bedroom. Any spiders that happened to appear would be left in peace.
Remember..wherever you may be on this planet, you are never more than 4′ away from a spider.

All I can say is, “Perfect”!!!
The house is awesome. I did a street tour and part of the main town is closed, that’s sad.

Just resharing. 🙂

When I look at a listing here, the first thing I do is look at the “street” view. The first thought that came to mind when looking at the neighboring houses was, “to the manor born.” The grand manse surrounded by the serfs LOL! I DO love brick streets and a couple of years ago went back to my hometown and was surprised the town had retained some of the original brick streets in residential areas. Such a bright, airy house but the light beige/cream carpeting would not last long with my four fur chidren.

Beautiful home. Love the floors in the attic. Maybe white oak? I’d paint all the ceilings in the home a very pale shade of blue. Pull up all the carpet and refinish the floors. Remove the wallpaper. Some nice colors in the rooms. I’m always looking to see how the homes are heated and cooled.
What a lovely charming house. The garden room is gorgeous — love it when some of the outdoors comes inside. I also quite like the furniture in the dining room and the rest of the house. I’d be happy with this home as it is. Very appealing.

Pull up the carpeting and do a few minor re-decorating tasks, and you’re good to go! I bet the floors under that wall-to-wall are gorgeous.

I love the exterior of this house with it’s wrap around porch on two floors. That said, I also think this home didn’t look that way from the start!
What a beautiful home.
