This large 2 story home with 4 BRs and 2 BAs sits on just under an acre and is located in the Western Wayne school district. TLC is needed but lots of potential can be found with this home which is priced far less than the current assessed value. It does offer a newer roof, furnace and windows and lots of hardwood flooring, built ins and natural woodwork. A handicap ramp makes main floor living convenient as it offers a main floor BR, full BA along with a large utility area. Immediately available. Call or text Debbie Rudd for additional information.

I find this home enchanting and an exceptional value. Yes, it needs updates and some renovation but the house echoes with happy memories of times past. Charming and needing a loving family to restore her to former glory is all that’s required. Its an investment that will pay many rewards.

I love the funky exterior paint job. It’s like a rainbow

This house looks intact inside and true to the Italianate style. It also has a generous .91 acre lot. For the price, it would make for a nice home even an old house “starter” home as I see little that needs work from the photos. (always subject to inspections and verifications) Can’t say I’ve ever visited Milton but I have seen most of the Hoosier State in my travels. Streetview shows a low density, tranquil looking neighborhood. It is located about 21 miles from the much larger City of Richmond to the east which has all of the big box retailers and a mall.
Lovely house. It looks like it needs some work but is largely intact. Glad that the majority of the original woodwork isn’t painted, which means fewer hours stripping painted moldings. Could be a great project for the asking price.
So many great properties on this site! Hard to choose because they all have their merits.
What in the world is that giant black bird nested on the arch by the shed?
It’s a buzzard, or more accurately, a turkey vulture. They are quite interesting to watch, and perform a great service in the removal of dead animals. Personally, if I saw one at a house I was considering buying, I would take it as a good sign, rather than see him as a harbinger of anything foreboding.
Thank you GHM777. I would think its a good thing although it looks a little frightening at first glance.
I so love this house! Italianates hold a special place in my heart! The floors would be so beautiful with a little work!
