Classic story book cape, set on a large level yard. This home has all the charm and potential one could hope for in a home that needs some work to bring it back to its original flair. This property is being sold with the potential of a second lot directly next to the driveway. It is currently one lot and would need town approval to move forward as a building lot. The price of $350,000.00 which reflects the ability to have an approved building lot. PLEASE CONTACT AGENT FOR DETAILS AND CONTRACT STRUCTURE.

I love that pantry with the window in it!

So cute! This is exactly the kind of house I’d like to find some day as a retirement project. Needs a little loving but not over my head.

Love the windows. I’m not usually drawn to houses with all the ‘natural light’ (I’d feel like I was living in a green house), but this one’s window light is perfect. Also the ‘library’ and bookshelves seem eerily similar to mine!
