    Lovely house. If only I were younger…. I’d change the kitchen and the colors, but otherwise this is a dream waiting for new owners to spruce it up just a little. It looks like it’s in perfect condition. And the ivy is lovely, if damaging to the stone. I’d keep it, since it’s obviously been there for a long, long time.

  2. This is a high price for a house south of Atlanta. It could be a beautiful home.
