Very appealing home with beautifully unpainted woodwork, including an intriguing array of built-ins. I would enjoy the second bedroom pictured, pic number 29 I believe. And I adore radiators. I’d love to see even more pictures, including interiors of the outbuildings, esp the garage. I believe I would soon be up on a ladder painting that large pipe in the kitchen; no big deal.

Some online research about the town is also encouraging. It’s a growing town with low unemployment, very low crime and significantly below average cost of living.

And it’s only about an hour away from Minneapolis. Interesting. Very interesting.

I’d remove that large pipe and stove from the kitchen. Take the virtual tour if you haven’t already. Very cool house indeed. Beautiful built ins ans lots of closets. No bathroom on the second floor that I could find. Just a sink and medicine cabinet in the hall. I’m surprised no one turned one of the bedrooms into one over the years. The only one I see is downstairs in the first floor bedroom.

I can never get virtual tours to work right. Things start out well enough and then they begin to fly away from me and I start getting dizzy. And give up. I take it the stove can be repositioned/replaced. Excellent. Thank you. I wondered what that pipe was leading to.

Has anyone found a link to the promised online info about the apple orchard? Thanks.

  3. I feel like this is another house we’ve seen before (or maybe it’s just one of those weeks for me) – like two this week! The interior looks like it’s spacious and another liveable house.
