Really nice updates on this one which is more the exception than the rule in many old homes I see posted. especially in small towns where people don’t have tons of money to invest in them.

Two great things they’ve done really struck me…and I wish I’d thought of them. The barn doors, hiding the washer and dryer, and, that cool shower screen. Is that something you can order, or did they make it up, I wonder? I have one bathroom that has just a shower, and I’m thinking I’m going to be looking all over the net for this, ready made! So cute! I love all the built ins-Craftsmen homes, are so practical-and lovely! Everything is just perfect.

You can buy those shower doors. As much as I hate to promote the phrase “modern farmhouse,” you can find them by searching “modern farmhouse shower enclosures.”

Yeah, I’ve seen the barn doors all over. I just never thought of using them like that. I have little imagination! I think I’m going to look for the shower door!

  6. Love the original dark wood and hope future home owners keep them. You can buy barndoors nearly everywhere if that is the look you want. Barndoors are available at the big box stores.

Nearly perfect house with an acceptable use of interior barn doors! Cutest garage ever.
