    Philly is full of intriguing old row houses that look like they might be hiding time capsules inside. It’s amazing to see what is left of this one. As much as I’d love to see it restored, I doubt anyone wants a million dollar mansion next to a parking lot in South Philly. My guess would be this place was built as mixed use and/or multi family anyway. But I have seen a lot of places like this cut up into condos while retaining an impressive amount of original interiors. Let’s hope for the best!

    Also note, that fireplace is tiled in Moravian tiles, which are still made not too far away. You can still buy those same tiles made in the same way.
