119 Sandbrook Headquarters Rd, Stockton, NJ 08559

Map: Street

  • $75,000
  • 0.16 Ac.
A prominent front entrance features a massive stacked bluestone stairway into the Sand Brook School House, circa 1890. The original one-room school house of the historic hamlet of Sand Brook is a handsome clapboard structure, once the center and focus of this special rural community featuring a new graphite color standing seam roof and cast iron wood-stove for heat. Gorgeous antique wood flooring and lots of windows for natural light, this structure has so much potential. The building has electric but no water source. There is an area for parking on the right side of the building and backs up to a stone lined creek and the actual property goes beyond the creek. This building will be offered to the buyer of 117 Sandbrook Headquarters Road, mls #: NJHT106052, before it is sold separately.

I just took a look at it. What a gorgeous home. It’s difficult to believe that anyone would buy the home unless they were also able to afford the schoolhouse as well. The stonework on that property is to die for.
