This has the potential to be an atomic ranch – some of the original details are really cool (balcony, fireplace, beams).

That bathroom! Not fond of the kitchen, but the rest of this one is to die for! Plus, you would be close enough to get a few tours of Ross’s place!

You are SO not wrong! One of the many aspects of this house that let you know it was custom.
And, ironically enough – isn’t this precisely the aesthetic Ross was originally after? Before the whole Cross House thing kinda took over every fiber of his being…along with countless others.
