That’s cool! Not a lot of pictures, but the cabin appears to be in good shape. There’s electricity, so developing the spring and pumping water to the house shouldn’t be a huge deal. I love dreaming about places like this!

Great cabin! Looks very well kept for its age & location. Love the woods & with a spring nearby, fab. Eureka Springs is full of ghostly residents, from what I hear, even more fun. The price surprises me for a place without water, but take the agent’s word for it. I’d love to spend weekends (at least) there.

Eureka is a wonderful little town that is growing leaps and bounds. Lots of changes and a ‘lot’ of tourists. But the winters are quieter and the towns people are artsy, down to earth people. Music, art, food and dance. I should have stayed there. I think about it a lot.

I was just thinking about Eureka Springs a couple of days ago. I spent a week there many years ago and was charmed by it. At that time, and I assume it’s still true, there are multiple places in town where your can draw water…free for the taking. Beautiful country. Great little cabin. Love the cairn. Hmmmmm…..

This is an awesome price for something with acreage this close to Eureka Springs . It is really tempting since we live less than an hour from there, but we’re still working on the cabin we’re in!

New agent, new listing photos! Updated and moved to the front page. Comments above may be older and talk about the lack of photos, it was from the old listing that didn’t have many. 🙂
