    Sorry Canadian readers for the lack of posts. It’s extra difficult finding listings or the time to really slog through them since many do not give build dates. I keep saying one day there will be more, it just a long day away!

    It’s a constant source of ire for me, searching through the listings here in Ontario, that you can only rarely search by date built. You really have to wade through a lot of schlock to get to the good ones – thank you for doing that!

    If you look around in Berwick, there’s a row of houses all for sale on the same street …
