Gorgeous house; what I noticed most was the neat garage/carriage house and the beautiful light fixture in the entrance. “sigh”

This is a big, beautiful house! I always thinks homes with elevators are so cool.

Me too; anything that smacks of special things put in a wealthy home makes it more interesting to me, like elevators, dumbwaiters, servant call-bell systems, speaking tubes, etc.

  3. Impeccably decorated too!

Is that a ‘tin’ building? OMG! Absolutely the coolest ever! I’d buy the house just for that! Well, and a few other goodies I noticed . . .

What a gorgeous home, top to bottom. The only change I’d make is to remove the bathroom sink/cabs but everything else is just lovely. Beautiful wood, spacious–yet somehow cozy–rooms, wood paneled hall and entry, not to mention that OUTSTANDING inglenook! Sheesh!
