Thank you! This is a beautiful example. I’d have to redo the kitchen, but the living room is fine, and the building itself: Perfect!

We have already gutted the kitchen. We noticed in the living room a wall was showing a crack that matched the other arches. We used a saw to cut around the arch and it still had texture around the inside of the arch and opened to the pantry. We then removed the pantry and the laundry chute (The pantry and laundry chute appears to be from a 1960s remodel). The living room is now open to the kitchen through the archway, much like the dining room. We will be removing the kitchen tile and match the oak floors from the rest of the house for the kitchen and back hall. The remodel should be finished in April.

Lovely. And I can never have too many arches!
