Welcome home to this Victorian treasure built in 1900. Greeted from the street by the large wrap around porch, the character and charm inside and out are warm and inviting. Many fixtures remain in perfect condition in this home. The pocket doors, original fireplace and mantel, stained glass, original woodwork, beautiful front door, wood floors, built-ins, claw foot bathtub are just a few! The main floor includes two spacious bedrooms that could serve as a home office, exercise rooms or playroom. The kitchen has a free standing wood burner that is certain to make mornings warm and cozy. A covered back porch is easily accessed from the kitchen. The staircase going to the second floor is one of a kind, absolutely beautiful and in mint condition. The second floor includes three more bedrooms, a full bath and storage. The home is in good repair, improvements are needed. This home is being SOLD AS IS.

The exterior needs some work, but the interior seems to be well maintained except for the office/library with the water stained wall. I would take out the dropped ceiling. Otherwise, beautiful house and very reasonably priced.

A sweet, charming home! Rip up the carpets, give it some love, all set to go! Does anyone know the history of the home and area?
