    1910 Tudor/craftsman mix

    its hard to beat a quality prairie house like this one, clean exterior lines and just a stunning interior. The combination of mahogany woodwork with leaded glass. Doesn’t get much better than that. The relief to those coffered ceilings, wow. I would have preferred that it still had its tile roof and even a dimensional shingle would have looked better than what appears to be a metal roof. Taxes of 10 grand a year are a bit painful but hey it is new York. The huge fenced back yard is a massive plus to me as well. This place is a treasure, great find Kelly!!! Let us hope a fool does not paint that woodwork.

    wow-this was my Dad’s hometown. Miss it a lot as I grew up in Ithaca.

    I love the main parlor with the beam ceiling and all the other woodwork, not to mention the stain glass windows. I might re-think the mirror over the fireplace but overall, the house is nice!
