I can just see one of those wonderful 20’s era Magic Chef gas ranges in that kitchen! Hopefully the new owners will be old house people and will enjoy the original baths and kitchen as they are!

Wow, that kitchen! I love the sink cabinet and all the other cabinets too, and that tile floor is wonderful. And I’m wild about the design around the front door.

What a cute house! Lots of neat features. The kitchen doesn’t have much counter space, but it does have a decent amt. of cabinet storage & a beautifully tiled floor; so being so charming, along with the rest of the house, I think I could deal with it. And that niche in the LR next to the staircase where a lamp is presently sitting… nothing breakable could go there since my cats would claim that space, quite promptly is my guess!

O.M.G. This is so lovely! The kitchen is completely adorable (I’m sure Bethany Otto will concur) and the other details are just phenomenal. The original bathrooms. . . which is best? How would you choose? My only nit to pick are the over the top window coverings in the downstairs, but that’s to each his/her own. The house is yummy!

I wonder how many kids grew up in this house and tried to rock climb the outside. I mean, I would have…
