I was thinking the same thing! Probably written by someone who thinks everyone hates colored bath fixtures.

I viewed the house in person and they only have the rooms that are still in decent shape pictured. The roof has carved through on the back side of the house and ruined two of the up stairs back rooms. Water damage from this is seeping into one of the upper bathroom. The kitchen is below these two rooms and the load bearing wall is taking on damage. The sun room was a later addition that was not properly attached to the side of the house. The roof on it is damaged causing damage in the formal living room. They just didn’t picture any of this damage. Basically you would take it down to the studs and dirt. Then build back within the restraints of the brick structure. All because roof damage on a house that has sat vacant too many years. It’s really sad!

Oozing potential! Little elbow grease and presto—a lovely home. Please don’t do anything to those bathrooms, especially the ming green, so pretty!

It does look like a pool. Add the fact it’s a nice house on 9 acres and looks in good condition, seems like a bargain to me.

I bought a house on here from Abbeville SC that I love and see Deer everyday but this house has my heart I am not paying $169,000. So I will have the money to repair it and the Sun room add on I will do Solar clay tiles.
