    I’ve seen worse and seen it repaired. If this is where you want to settle this house is still worth the effort.
    The movement on the basement wall isn’t from lack of heat (yes, somebody very neatly removed the baseboard radiation). Be interesting to find out why the yard is trying to crawl into the basement but at the price, it would be worth it.

    It looks as if this could be a very charming house. The biggest project looks to be a new foundation. I agree with Tomascz, I doubt it’s because of lack of heat. Something a professional inspector should look at and find the cause!
