Well finally…a house that is older than claimed. It’s almost always the reverse. With the exposed (and boxed) summer beam in one of the photos and the exposed corner posts in others, at least part of the house appears to be 1750-80.
I sure love this house, it;s setting is perfect. And if it’s older than posted, then that makes it even more desirable. Hope whomever buys her appreciates the history of this home.
I love this house. Just love it! I wish there were more photos. And now, I could actually afford to buy it! Taxes and upkeep…that’s another thing…
