Listing build date shows 1915 but I believe it’s a few decades older, 1870’s perhaps.

This house has great potential to be a wonderful home again. The one thing I would do for certain is remove the dropped ceiling, remove the paneling from the walls and paint the kitchen cabinets white. Though I am a bit confused by the layout of the house, at least with how the pictures are laid out, im sure it will be clear with a walk through. But I believe you are right Kelly, this house is much older than 1915. The other update I would do is restore the butlers pantry back to that and remove the bathroom elements out of it.

I see what looks to be a boat load os shutters up in the attic. How cool they saved them. It would be nice to see them back on the house again. Extra points for the person that can identify the item on the bench in front of the shutters! (picture 20)

Things are slowly coming together. The current owner updated major electric and plumbing and slowly re doing the history. But things have come up. She is hoping some one is willing to continue. The price is great for what you get. If you have any questions let me know.

I love that staircase. Anyone see those great shutters piled up in the attic?
