Although I was born in St. Louis, I grew up in OK and consider myself an Okie through and through. My mother was born and raised in OK and one of my brothers was born in Okmulgee. The state is lovely, and (if you don’t talk politics) the people are lovely too. This house would be a great place for a family, very pretty and a great deal of it still original. It looks homey, comfortable. . .and they have some fantastic furniture too. Two thumbs up!

Such a beautiful house with so many great original features. I love the exterior with it’s original slate roof still there. The carriage house is a bonus!

This certainly must be in the top 10 deals of the century on this site. It clearly was not a cheap house when it was built, and has been well cared for. That master bedroom with the fireplace, adjoining porch, and dressing area is spectacular. You’d probably make money hiring a bunch of helicopters to pick this up, fly it to Santa Barbara and sell it for 3 million.
