My husband’s parents lived in Vallejo for 60 years. His father worked at Mare Island in the Navy shipyard until he retired.

Okay, give me this house and I will live the rest of my life perfectly happy!! I love everything about it. Especially the stove and the livingroom. Oh and the basement has so much potential. I can just see myself sitting on the porch, feeling the cool breeze, and sipping on a margarita. Oh, darn……..where’s that lottery ticket?

The only think I don’t like about this house is…. it’s not in Texas…oh and the price, yikes! I only paid $74,500 for my 1409 sq ft 1940’s home here. It, of course, isn’t anywhere near as cute as this one, but still, yikes!
