No listing description found at the time of this post but it’s brand new to the market so it may not have updated yet.

First interior pic, do I spy a tin ceiling? Or maybe it’s not.

Too few details are visible to make any strong stylistic determinations. The off centered entry is seldom seen on Gothic Revivals or Greek Revivals. It’s possible that originally this was an informal Federal style home that later acquired the drapery like verge/bargeboard when the Gothic Revival style was popular. But the expected pointed Gothic windows are absent here. Inside, it looks as though perhaps a wall was removed to expand the parlor space. I too think I’m seeing a tin ceiling in the photos. In summary, perhaps not a house here for a style purist but it looks comfortable and move in ready.

The house across the street has a similar gable front but with Greek Revival trim, and a wing that this one is lacking.

The sidelights at the entry suggest to me that this house originally was a Greek Revival cottage. There’s some pedimented trim inside of the same style and period also. Maybe not for the purist as you say, though plenty charming.

I don’t know what I like more – those kitchen cupboards, or the wrap-around porch! Annnd it comes with half an acre of land? Sweet!
I would have to add a real fireplace though.

I do love a colorful house. There’s enough greige in the world!
