Well ring-a-ding-ding! Form an orderly line, house nerds, for you’re not gonna wanna miss this historic Riverside School house with achingly gorgeous vintage style. Refurbed by an artist (and it shows), peaked tall ceilings, beautiful hardwood floors weathered by thousands of tiny feet, and a perfectly open floor plan. Modern kitchen is open and inviting, the bathroom with clawfoot tub is an ideal mix of oldschool and new. Loads of large windows to gaze out of (when you should be working, instead). Attached garage great for storage or expanding your art workspace. This super unique, ultra cool studio-esque home will be the envy of everyone you know, and gets an A+ without even studying for the pop quiz.

Canby OR is a sweet small town in the Willamette Valley between Portland and Eugene, and last time I visited, there was a wonderful museum and several nice antique shops. It is a beautiful area with lots of early settler history and houses from the mid-19th-century. I adore what the owner did with this schoolhouse in such a straightforward way, although I’m a little surprised at the price for less than a thousand sq. ft. on a quarter acre.,

Looks like it might be the artists house. I love the shower. Nice to see this and would love it. Minimalistic except for the art.

It looks so much bigger inside than outside! I really love it, and the black sashes really add interest to the whole structure, both inside and out.
