    and Gorham has still managed to keep its small town vibe even with a college and only being 10 miles from Portland. plus someone was smart enough to plant maples instead of elms so you get big trees. this place must be even more beautiful in the summer. and you have a Goodwill warehouse in town – this place is perfect. I hope it’s crammed with insulation. with those high ceilings,and Maine winters, you’ll need it. but as we say up here, if you can’t stand the winters, you don’t deserve the summers.

    Seems the Maine home prices are coming down. We moved there for a few years in the 1980s and houses were in the 180,000 and unaffordable to this newly married couple. The connected garage/most places have an attached barn is essential for the winter months ( Sept through May) Nice wallpaper and love the angled desk
