Update: I no longer see it saying pending sale on the agency site so published and moved to the front page.

Many Classical Revival’s have painted woodwork. I don’t know if someone went through the paint stripping process here or it was one of the lucky few without painted woodwork. Either way it’s such a lovely home plus it’s got a nice pool which I’d love to have one day.

It’s nice the rugs are included, but I would want to negotiate for some of their antiques too. Beautiful home.

I am not a green person, probably my least favorite color but when I saw that room I actually said “WOW”. That green goes so well with the woodwork and floor. Beautiful. Lovely home on a nice lot.

What’s with the listing photos? They look funny to me. HDR or something?

I’m stylistically confused by this one. The staircase, fireplaces, and exterior say classical revival, but the window/door trim and the wainscot are VERY victorian (1880’s-90’s). Either someone went to alot of trouble to change these things, or this would be a very rare hybrid.
    Anyone else think so?
