I would vacation here. Would head over to the track for the Daytona 500, then visit the beach a few times.

Love the colour choices, especially the different blues. This is a very relaxing looking home.

Never aspired to live in Florida, but this is a great house at seems like a great price, with great income potential in the apartments on top of it. All of it appears in top condition. I’d certainly VRBO there.

I grew up in Ormond/Daytona Beach and there are some very fine homes on this road but I would not want to live there again.

I understand Amerikiwi. We lived in FL on Merritt Island south of Daytona while we worked in aerospace. We were there four 4.5 years and I never did cotton to it. Too hot, too muggy and a few too many reptiles for me. But this house has a lot going for it. Probably be snatched up fast.

I got out shortly after I got married. We moved to Vermont in 1989 and spent two blissful years there. We would dearly love to live there again but we have been settled in New Zealand (my hubby’s country) for 24 years. I love the reptiles though but I can’t tolerate heat anymore. Basically, there were a lot of things about Florida I didn’t like but chacun a son gout.

Lots to love about Vermont…. I think it may possibly be the prettiest place on earth, if that’s not hyperbole! I’ve been trying to get my husband to move there for years, and almost got him to IBM Burlington in the mid-1980s, but it fell through and we stayed at IBM in NY. If we could find a house to retire to up there, I’d be campaigning actively again!

Lovely. Dig the blue kitchen and all the earning potential one could have if they chose. Way too close to water for me though!

I have two brothers and a mother in the general vicinity. Just never was a Florida guy. Been in either California or Tokyo since 1968… but what a cool house.
