The exterior does not excite me, but the inside sure does!
I love the clean lines in the kitchen, it may be new, but it fits.
The carriage house apartment is a nice bonus.

Totally miss judged it from the exterior shots. A total gem inside

Interior is fabulous. I just don’t like that half the trim is natural and half is painted white.
    Kind if a bummer.

Definitely misjudged this house, too! Definitely can’t judge a book by it’s cover! Beautiful!

The interior is nice, also not what I expected from the exterior. The kitchen is very well done! I’m not a fan of the exterior colors and the porch looks to be altered.

The listing refers to Pittsford Village! We lived here and know it as a fabulous town on the Erie Canal. Lots of cool shops and an excellent school system. The paved trails run for miles! http://www.townofpittsford.org/home-discover
