I haven’t given up on Canadian listings, just not enough hours lately to spend the time looking through listings.

I actually grew up like right around the corner from this place. It’s breathtaking in the fall and winter time. It has had a lot of owners over the years. But it still keeps its charm

Beautiful home inside and out. 10 years ago I lived at 320 Benton Blvd,KC MO built 1890. In the library my home had the exact same mantle piece as in this home’s parlor. My mantle was in mahogany rather than oak but it makes me wonder if the mantle was a catalog item. It would be fun to look at that kind of a catalog.

Beautiful, simply beautiful, can envision greens hung all around the outside front entrance at Christmastime; how inviting! Love the bedroom set with the awesome mirrored dressing table, and the woodwork in this home is priceless. Even like the warm wood cabinets in the kitchen, seen to fit right in with the rest of the house. Truly a beautiful home just waiting for the right family to come and begin making new memories!!

    Dinner for 12!
Beautiful all around, two staircases, big rooms, all kinds of lovely.

This one is about 1 hr 20 mins down the road from me. Ontario small towns are full of these houses, this being one of the ‘finer but not fancy’ houses. Not quite big enough to have fallen victim to being divided into apartments, like so many have been.

That’s the style! A great house! Unfortunately, there’s not much of a yard to go with it. There is a small parking area behind the house, and a shared driveway with the house to the north.
