What a beautifully kept home. The odd black (chalkboard paint?) wall in that one room strikes an off note but everything else is stellar! I also see a little baseboard level door in the upstairs hall that is presumably a chute of some kind.

I would imagine the condition of this home is an A+!! Just beautiful!! Looks alot like the home in the movie “If I Stay” & the setting was Portland as well.. If only I would win the lottery & could relocate!!

That fireplace is awesome! I love the color of the bricks. Really gorgeous woodwork too… old fir?

What a beautiful home. I wonder if the chickens come with the house?

What a beauty. The clinker brick and design of the fireplace is spectacular. I don’t care for galley kitchens but with the rest of this house I could learn to live with it. Seems particularly low priced for Portland. I hope it gets purchased by someone who will love and cherish it for what it is, and not paint everything grey (including those fantastic bricks!) and white.

OMG!!! That’s just beautiful. Would love to have a look at that little trap door and see what that’s about. Love all those built-ins! I don’t even mind the galley kitchen. They’re very practical if you’re actually cooking because almost everything is within arms length. Tiny lot though, but what a stunning house!
