For those of you that aren’t familiar with “The Sue”, as she’s lovingly known by the locals, this is an amazing place to have a family and grow up. So many amazing houses to choose from to either update to olden times (strip the wood) or just move right in (like this stunning gem). This homeowner has loved our old girl and you can tell by the quality of finishes throughout the home. Thank you so much for sharing her with us. Thank you Kelly for posting her here. My aunt still has her place 1920’s cottage on the lake at the Sue. It is beautiful during the spring, summer, and fall months. Her home is well loved like this 1 and 1 day might leave the family to another homeowner. Like this house, I hope the new home owner will “love and respect” this old home and gently touch her up as things need to be repaired. Great price for this area too! Can’t say enough good things about this listing. 100 stars out of 10 for this baby!!!!

I completely agree with cyberc. The oak on the first floor is so incredibly inviting. The painted millwork upstairs is so now, light and bright but still lots of detail. Large and handsome but not ostentatious. I truly love this house.
