My favorite of the week so far. I love the location and don’t mind the updates (although I’d just change out the light fixture, reface the cabinets in the kitchen and eventually repaint the exterior.) I can almost hear the train now (assuming it’s an active track.) Cute town!
I prefer the google earth street view version, from 2013. No painted brick, house is white.

Yes, looks like a sweet little town. I’d be checking out that old locomotive, coach, and caboose first thing. I really like the unique crown molding here, and the stairs have a commanding presence. Big, low windows welcome in so much light, and the open space at the top of the stairs has potential for many uses. Love the quarter-sawn oak on the fireplace mantle, too.
Lynnville is even cuter than it sounds. Tennessee hunt country. Not sure about now, but at least used to be the home of the Lynnville baby nurses, my son’s Heddie included. I would love to see photos of the vintage light fixtures, kitchen and baths.

Oh, Id live there! 🙂
Would love to see more pictures of the kitchen. Don’t like the light fixture, but that’s an easy fix. Not too fond of the bathroom tiles around the tub and shower, again easy fix.
Sounds like a great small town, too! Love train whistles at night. P

At Soda Pop Junction you can get fried pies. Sign me up. There seems to be a lot to do in this town including a winery. Love this house and love the spot it is in. Oh what fun to decorate for Christmas since you are right in town. They have a very active Facebook page if anyone wants to know more about this area. Perhaps this will be our Southern destination after CT?
