If you are looking for a manageable horse farm with plenty of charm and privacy, you must see Just Right Farm . This farmette is perfect for someone who wants to downsize and keep a horse or two or it would make a great entry-level farm that is both affordable and easy to maintain. This property would also be the perfect location for someone seeking a charming house with lovely, protected views. Set on 2.10 acres, the c.1800 brick home with a later addition overlooks a pond, paddocks, stream, and large neighboring equestrian properties. The house has a formal Living Room and Dining Room and the Kitchen has high-end appliances plus stunning cherry cabinets crafted by local cabinet maker Chuck Rudershausen. The Family Room offers plenty of large windows which allow for spectacular views of pastoral scenes and colorful sunsets. The Master Bedroom has its own Dressing Room and plenty of closet and storage space. There are hardwood floors throughout, central air conditioning, and all of the windows have been replaced. Outside is a two stall stable with a wash stall and a separate hay/bedding shed. There is also a run-in shed in the pasture. As the name implies, Just Right Farm is the perfect place for you and your lucky equines to call home.

Very cute! Do you think the fire places were removed or were some houses built with stoves like the ones they have now?

I love this! And I actually like seeing this home not “stuffed” full of furniture. Gives it a more simple farm life look! I’d buy in a heartbeat if I had the $!

Now, thats the way to take a real estate picture! I bet this place is attracting lots of attention just based on that photo. Basically, I like the house, and I wish more postings had the floorplan included. Its so much easier for unimaginative types like me, to get a sense of things, if I see the floor plan. I think I would rip out the baseboard-I hate baseboard and window air conditioners and sattelite dishes on an old house! I’d install more unobtrusive forced air heat-and since I’m spoiled, air conditioning as well.
